Guidelines Requirements

ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of India aged 13 years or above.
Participants below 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Participants must provide complete and accurate registration information.
Only one participant account/registration is permitted per individual unless otherwise specified by Drakon Sports.
Fraudulent, duplicate or manipulated entries may result in disqualification.
Employees of Drakon Sports Private Limited and individuals directly involved in organising or administering the campaign are not eligible to participate.

Registration Fee ₹350 (one-time, non-refundable)

An administrative processing fee of 350 applies to cover application verification and profile evaluation.

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
Participants must register only through the official Drakon Sports campaign website or authorised channels.
Each participant is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during registration is accurate.
Drakon Sports reserves the right to reject or disqualify registrations that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or found to violate the campaign rules.

Policy

Refund Policy

The 350 registration fee is a one-time participation fee for the Drakon sponsorship and is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and these campaign terms.

• The registration fee is non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.
• Application processing fees are non-refundable once submitted, including in cases of incomplete applications, voluntary withdrawal, or non-selection for the sponsorship program.
• Applicants who breach program terms or submission guidelines will forfeit their application status, and processing fees will remain non-refundable.
• In the event of a duplicate payment, payment gateway error, or account debit without successful application submission, applicants may contact Drakon Sports support for verification and prompt resolution.

Drakon Sports reserves the right to reject or cancel an application in the event of policy non-compliance, unmet eligibility criteria, or failure to adhere to professional conduct standards.

x Submitting fraudulent, manipulated or deceptive entries
x Submitting multiple application profiles or duplicate candidate submissions is strictly prohibited
x Any attempt to interfere with or improperly influence the candidate evaluation process will result in immediate application cancellation
x Submitting content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
x Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate conduct towards participants, officials or representatives
x Failure to comply with eligibility requirements, submission requirements or other published campaign rules

Decisions will be made in accordance with the published campaign rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Drakon Sports Private Limited is not responsible for technical errors or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting the application or evaluation process.

• Drakon Sports Private Limited is not liable for technical glitches, third-party system outages, or administrative submission delays beyond its reasonable control
• Temporary website, platform or technical service interruptions beyond the reasonable control of Drakon Sports
• Internet, device or network connectivity issues experienced by a participant
• Applications or video submissions not received by the stated deadline due to user-side or third-party technical issues will not be considered
• Loss, delay or corruption of data caused by systems or services outside the reasonable control of Drakon Sports

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Evaluation

Selection & Evaluation

Submitted applications will be reviewed in accordance with published selection guidelines and the requirements applicable to each phase of the Drakon Sponsorship Program.

• Only eligible and complete entries will be considered for evaluation.
• Participants may be evaluated on cricket skills, performance, accuracy, technique and other published assessment criteria.
• Drakon Sports may use qualified evaluators, coaches, cricket professionals or an appointed evaluation panel during the selection process.
• Participants may be required to complete additional verification, assessment or performance rounds before final selection.
• Advancement to any subsequent trial phase does not guarantee final selection or entitlement to a sponsorship contract.
• Where verification is required, participants must provide the requested information or documents within the specified time.
• Final selection will be determined in accordance with published evaluation criteria and program guidelines.

Selection is subject to eligibility, verification, and completion of all applicable program requirements.

Prize Sponsorship

Prize & Sponsorship Conditions

The primary tier award is a Drakon Sports cricket sponsorship package with an estimated contract value of up to ₹25,00,000, subject to program terms, candidate verification, and execution of the final sponsorship agreement.

• The sponsorship package represents total equipment, gear, and branding support value up to 25 Lakhs and cannot be converted into direct monetary payouts.
• The sponsorship package may include high-performance cricket gear, technical apparel, athletic development support, training resources, brand media exposure, and related terms as specified in the sponsorship contract.
• The exact allocation, duration, schedule, and distribution of sponsorship provisions will be governed by the final agreement executed with the selected candidate.
• The selected candidate must successfully complete identity, age, eligibility, and other required verification before receiving sponsorship provisions.
• Where the selected applicant is below 18 years of age, execution and administration of the sponsorship agreement requires the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
• Sponsorship allocations and contract provisions may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged except where expressly permitted by Drakon Sports in writing.

The stated valuation of the sponsorship package represents the maximum combined value of equipment, gear supply, and athlete support provided, and does not constitute a direct monetary payout.

Media Content Rights

Content & Media Rights

Participants retain ownership of original content submitted by them, subject to the rights granted to Drakon Sports for administering, promoting and documenting the Drakon Challenge.

• Participants must own the content they submit or have all permissions necessary to submit and use it for the campaign.
• By submitting content, participants grant Drakon Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, publish and share the submitted content for campaign-related purposes.
• Campaign-related use may include evaluation, shortlisting, winner announcements, social media, website content, promotional material and documentation of the Drakon Challenge.
• Drakon Sports may edit, crop, resize, caption or format submitted content where reasonably required for such campaign-related use, without materially misrepresenting the participant.
• Participants must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
• Where a participant is below 18 years of age, the required parent or legal guardian consent will also apply to the permitted use of the participant's submitted content.
• Drakon Sports may remove or decline to publish any submitted content that violates the campaign rules or applicable law.
